ACC Highland Campus Austin, Texas
Case Study
The ACC Highland Campus used to be a shopping mall that has since been repurposed as a college campus. When ACC wanted to provide clean, renewable energy for their students, FSG stepped in with a rooftop solar installation.
Challenge
The ACC Highland Campus already took the first step in living green by converting a shopping mall into a college campus. With a firm desire to create an environment for students that is as green and renewable as possible, ACC wanted to use green building materials and power its facility with clean, renewable solar energy.Solution
ACC worked with FSG to create a 222.08 kWDC rooftop solar PV system. The solar PV system will save ACC Highland approximately $20,000 annually by offsetting utility costs. In addition, by utilizing local rebates and incentives, ACC Highland will gain additional savings outside of their energy bill. And with FSG's promise of a guaranteed 5-year payback period, ACC Highland will be able to supply its educational community with clean, renewable energy for decades.FSG projects consistently deliver excellence for our customers, for our employees, and for the communities we serve.
We see each project as an opportunity to embrace our mission and provide superior value through quality products, service, and support.
