Challenge

FSG approached Pacificap Management Inc. with solutions to save energy and update their lighting. PMI chose FSG to update the lighting at the Arioso Apartments in New Mexico because of the great lighting incentives our public utility company offers to qualifying customers.

Solution

FSG came up with the perfect solution by installing new LED light fixtures throughout the property including exterior lighting, common interior hallway lighting, indoor swimming pool lighting, office lighting, and the lighting in each apartment unit. While saving energy, Arioso was also able to give their apartment complex an updated look by using new LED light fixtures instead of retrofitting existing outdated fixtures. FSG was able to provide this project to Arioso at 23% of the cost due to incentives provided by PNM.
