When Jones Lang LaSalle wanted to help Bank of America capitalize on the benefits of LED Lighting in their branches, they trusted FSG to help identify the right products and solutions to get the job done.

Challenge

For financial institutions, finding the right balance between the need to run sustainable and fiscally responsible facilities against the need for those same facilities to be well appointed and welcoming can be a big challenge. Lighting plays a huge role in both the functional side of a facility operation and the design side of the facility operation. LED lighting is the perfect way for a customer to decrease operational spend in their facility, while increasing aesthetic and design value.

Solution

Working with Jones Lang LaSalle, FSG was able to help identify lighting products and solutions that would both bring energy and maintenance savings while also providing better overall lighting for Bank of America Branches.

Result

As of December 2017, FSG and JLL continue to work on this project and expect the project to continue into the next year and beyond.
