FSG Provides Lighting Upgrade with Control Features and an Extended Warranty for Local Church

Challenge

Calvary Church of Albuquerque wanted to upgrade their parking lot lighting to reduce their utility expenses while also keeping their light levels high for safety and security. They did not wish to change the look of the existing pole fixtures, they just wanted an energy-efficient upgrade. In need of a reputable lighting and electrical contractor they could trust, Calvary Church turned to FSG's Albuquerque branch.

Solution

FSG provided custom-made retrofit units that fit inside of the existing housings on the church's light poles. This allowed the church to maintain the well-liked aesthetic appeal of their parking lot lighting.

The light levels provided by the new lighting, however, were much higher than the previous HID fixtures. The new kits also featured integrated sensors included in the system, which on top of the savings afforded by LED allowed for 50% dimming during times of no activity. When the sensor detects movement, the fixture switches back to full brightness.

Result

FSG found the perfect solution for Calvary Church. The upgraded LED lights and power-saving controls were exactly what the church was looking for. As an added bonus, the new lighting units also included a ten-year warranty. The customer was very happy with the end result.
