FSG was the electrical contractor for the shell office and garage for this newly-developed area

Challenge

The Domain 8 building is the largest class-A offices at the Domain, a high-density retail, office, and residential center. Domain 8 is a 12-story, podium-style office tower featuring office and retail space, as well as a 5-level parking garage with 1,050 structured parking spaces. FSG was awarded the electrical contract for 676,000 sqft. of shell offices and attached 5-story garage. The 12 levels of new construction had a fast, 18-month schedule and incorporated an energy efficient design. Domain 8 is the Domain's first true large-scale office tower designed and built with LEED Silver Certification goals.

Solution

FSG put a lot of manpower on this project to complete it on time and under budget. With continuous communication between the FSG team on site, coordinators in the office, and the general contractor we were able to complete the project.
