High-end outfitting was the goal of this project from the very beginning. As such, FSG and Tero assigned their most experienced technicians to the job. With high ceilings and unique construction design features, the project tested the skills of everyone on the FSG team. The ground-up work scope included all hotel common areas, including the fantastic outdoor and pool spaces, as well as guest rooms. FSG provided in-room cabling, emergency phone systems, security networking, connectivity for an elaborate system of speakers throughout the property, and even installed televisions within guest rooms and at other locations.

As an example of the opulent amenities on tap at the Eilan, one area of focus for FSG involved the conceptualization and outfitting of an interactive dance studio. FSG's networking and cabling enabled live, one-on-one ballroom dance lessons between guests and professional dancers located primarily in California, but generally from other locations all over the world. The Eilan's interactive dance studio required technology solutions that only a few places could match.
