ChallengeEvery construction project faces unique challenges. On this project tight spaces and a confining timeline meant that everybody involved had to bring their A" game. Tight spaces meant that some of the building's main electrical systems needed to be rethought so that the limited overhead space could be utilized for other building systems and networks. The demanding timeline meant that the work had to be performed properly and precisely so that the first tenants could move in on-time! "
SolutionFSG brought a wealth of experience in managing large construction projects to the table for this project. By utilizing in-slab conduits, FSG was able to address some of the tight space concerns and keep some of the building's main electrical systems below the floor so that the space above the ceiling could be utilized by other systems and networks. FSG's first-class project management team carefully monitored and managed the project so that materials and manpower were where they needed to be when they needed to be there so that the project wouldn't be held up by the electrical team.
ResultBy taking the time to do the pre-planning right, FSG managed to be the most efficient trade contractor on the project and the only contractor to stay ahead of schedule. FSG's experience has given the general contractor and the building owner the piece of mind to know that the job has been done right.
FSG projects consistently deliver excellence for our customers, for our employees, and for the communities we serve.
We see each project as an opportunity to embrace our mission and provide superior value through quality products, service, and support.
