Solution

This project consisted of a new 156,000 square-foot tree refurb./storage/SCM lab building and site lighting on a 70-acre campus located at the northeast corner of Beltway 8, which includes more than a million square feet of office and workshop space. During this first phase, FMC will consolidate it's western region subsea services into a single campus which will more than double the region's existing subsea services capacity. FMC purchased 173 acres at this Generation Park location which will eventually serve as the new headquarters.
