ChallengeIndeed needed this eight-month project completed in 4.5 months, using all high-end finishes. The client's vision included a length of wall to include a tunnel-like effect using 270-degree and 360-degree areas of video walls to encompass the visitors walking the lobby hall. Hundreds of LCD televisions needed to be lined up, flush with one another, and hiding all electrical circuits for clean and stunning visual effect. This and many other additional flairs required a large amount of amperage to be added throughout the project.
SolutionTo execute this project, FSG greatly increased our manpower by calling on our extended FSG family to bring additional crews from other FSG branches in Texas. We used value engineering methods, including pre-fabricated fixture assemblies to expedite installations. FSG integrated three different lighting control systems, an LCD television tunnel, LED up-lighting, and interior LED signage to pull off the visual magic needed to match Indeed's wonderful design.
ResultFSG approached this project with a true "can-do" attitude, and it showed in the quality of work performed and the ability to find solutions to difficult aspects of the project. The project for Indeed was completed on schedule within 4.5 months, and the customer was thrilled with the results. FSG was awarded multiple additional contracts after completing this project so successfully.
More InformationProject consisted of 10 floors of Class A office finish out located in a 14 story tower in the Domain.
