Challenge

School districts have a fiduciary responsibility to their taxpayers, their employees, and, most importantly, their students. While implementing projects to reduce operational costs are necessary and good, sometimes the process to get these projects going can be costly in and of itself. When Little Elm ISD decided to look for ways to become more efficient, they needed a partner that could not only bring the right products and services to the table, but that could also make the process smooth and efficient.

FSG was able to bring a turnkey lighting retrofit project to Little Elm ISD that was specifically tailored to meet their financial goals and long term sustainability initiatives. Leveraging their common Buyboard relationship, Little Elm ISD and FSG were able to execute a contract and complete a lighting retrofit project, thus allowing the saved operational dollars to be redirected back into the classroom more quickly.
