Challenge
Los Encinos Elementary School was built in 2016 from funding provided by a $100 million bond approved by Corpus Christi voters in 2014. As a taxpayer-funded project, it was absolutely necessary that every dime spent on construction be spent efficiently and effectively. This meant that every contractor and subcontractor was graded and chosen not only by their ability to perform the work but also by their reputation for ethical and proper practices and procedures. FSG was tasked with providing complete electrical construction services on the project and was trusted to do the job right.Solution
FSG provided complete electrical construction services on the project. From design, to installation, to punch list, FSG worked to build and execute an efficient and effective project for the GC and Corpus Christi ISD. FSG also worked with the school district to provide support as needed when Hurricane Harvey hit and delayed the opening of the school.Result
In the end, Los Encinos Elementary school opened on-time and as expected.
