MD Anderson Cancer Center West Houston Houston, Texas

Case Study
MDACC will merge three of its West Houston operations which includes clinical offices, laboratory/imaging services, and supportive care.

Challenge

MD Anderson has a new 175,000 square foot outpatient diagnostic and treatment center under construction in Central Park, near the Energy Corridor in West Houston. MDACC will merge three of its West Houston operations which includes clinical offices, laboratory/imaging services, and supportive care. The new facility will be MD Anderson's first free-standing building constructed outside of Houston's Texas Medical Center. The new center represents the first phase of a long term plan by MDACC to develop facilities on its 34.5-acre campus in Central Park. Completion is scheduled for the end of 2018.
