The Omni Hotel at Independence Park, located in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, desired to upgrade the lighting throughout their hotel. They were also keen to take advantage of rebates offered by their utility company for embracing new technology. Solution

FSG supplied and installed over 2,000 LED lamps throughout the hotel?s common areas and guestrooms, and replaced all remaining T12 linear fluorescent bulbs in the building?s back of house and office areas with energy efficient T8 fluorescents, electronic ballasts, reflector kits, and occupancy sensors. FSG facilitated all rebate procurement, enabling the project to yield a 1.4 year payback with a 73% return on investment.
