Challenge

Along the south Texas gulf coast, a new 28-acre advanced ethylene cracker plant represented a giant investment for an international joint venture and a giant opportunity for both the state and local economies. For this design-build construction project, General Contractor D.E. Harvey needed a professional and reliable electrical contractor with the highest standards and a proven track record of success. With all eyes on this very high-profile project, D.E. Harvey turned to FSG's Corpus Christi branch.

Solution

FSG provided all the electrical construction services required for the plant's new Administration Building, Fire Station, Lab Facility, and Hazmat Building. Additionally, FSG coordinated and executed the installation, connection, and commissioning of emergency power for the facility.
