Swift Real Estate Partners has made another value-add office play in Southern California

Challenge

When The West Coast real estate investor closed on a three-building office complex in Pasadena from PGIM Real Estate for $193 million, the new owner had to renovate the properties to find new tenants to fill the space. San Francisco-based Swift has been an especially active player in L.A. real estate of late.

Solution

The owner hired Turner Construction Company to lead the renovation. FSG did all the electrical work, provided alternative light fixtures, WattStopper in Lieu of nLight for Lighting Control, and installation of recessed lighting for their new office space. In the end, Swift Real Estate Partners was happy with all the work FSG performed and continues to be a valuable FSG customer.
