For the construction of The Park at Aspen Lake, an expert electrical contractor was needed to provide complete electrical construction services. FSG was up to the task.

Solution

This ?ground up? project consisted of a four-story Class ?A? office building and a four-story, pre-cast parking structure. FSG coordinated and installed the building utility service, site lighting, distribution system, energy management system, lighting system, and general purpose power requirements, all while maintaining an aggressive schedule. In addition, FSG designed and installed the electrical system for the waterfall and reflecting pond that is one of the key aesthetic elements highlighting this unique building. This project achieved a Two Star rating with the Austin Energy Green Building Program.
