Challenge

In addition to new lighting technologies such as long-lasting, energy efficient LED fixtures and lamps, control technology is the way of the future in lighting design and retrofits. The World Bank contracted with FSG to install these controls in several of their buildings in Washington, D.C.

Solution

Over the last 10 years, FSG Lighting has installed control upgrades in seven World Bank buildings, encompassing over 3,000,000 square feet. In addition to lamp, ballast, and reflector upgrades, custom retrofits have been developed. These include an upgrade to 3,000 Zumptobel indirect fixtures. Control upgrades have included over 8,000 occupancy sensors, paired with an RR7 relay system. Taken together, all of these measures have saved the World Bank more than $1,000,000 per year in energy expenses.

FSG projects consistently deliver excellence for our  customers, for our employees, and for the communities we serve.

We see each project as an opportunity to embrace our mission and provide superior value through quality products, service, and support.
