Challenge

Vista Star Realty in El Paso, Texas was finalizing plans for the construction of its new company headquarters. Company president Patrick Gordon wanted a non-traditional, modern look for the new facility, and turned to FSG for help. Over the years, FSG’s El Paso branch had established a solid relationship with Vista Star, completing a number of successful LED retrofit projects at various Vista Star commercial properties around town. Now that Vista Star was ready to undertake the construction of its own signature office facility, the company knew it needed to work with FSG to bring their vision to light.

Solution

FSG met with Vista Star and worked with company leadership to finalize the lighting design for their new building. For the customer, it was important that the new building design, which featured glass partitions and tall, open interior spaces, still included the ability to customize lighting levels within individual rooms. Additionally, Vista Star wanted to take full advantage of the latest control systems to maximize energy efficiency. Finally, the company owners were hoping to see a level of fit and finish that conveyed to its customers the refinement and professionalism they associate with their company brand.
