SolutionWest Memorial Place II is a 390,000 square foot, 14-story Class A office building with a 440,000 square foot, 8-level parking garage located in the center of the Energy Corridor. These structures were added to the 12-acre campus, already home of West Memorial Place I. The buildings were built to create an optimal balance of cost, environmental, societal, and human benefits to meet the functional requirements of a livable office setting. From the daylight harvesting and motion detection systems in the garages to the energy-efficient glass and stone exterior, these buildings are to consume 30% less energy than typical baseline buildings.
