FSG has performed electrical construction services for WeWork across the nation.

Challenge

The WeWork projects were all design-build, tenant finish-out with custom fixtures and new power requirements. These projects spanned multiple floors with a very fast-paced schedule of 1-month for design and a 3-months for completion per project.

Solution

We selected one team to repeatedly complete all the finish-out work for each project. That team consisted of the same project manager, project foreman, journeymen, and apprentices each time and together they gained greater efficiencies with each completed project, allowing them to see the next project with even more clarity. They shared their experiences and efficiencies with the other FSG Electric branches working on WeWork locations.
