Challenge

The Windsor Senior Living Community needed an LED lighting retrofit that would provide a short payback, along with the installation of electrical monitoring equipment to identify other opportunities for efficiency. The facility is a fifteen-story tower, fully occupied by residents that must have a safe environment during the installation.

Solution

FSG put together a lighting program that allowed our local team to update 2,000 fixtures with minimal disruption to the facility and capture all available utility rebates while keeping a safe environment. This retrofit resulted in an annual energy savings of $30,000 and 490,000 kWh.
