Executive Summary
When Hospital Corporation of America (HCA) set out to expand the Kingwood Medical Center, the goal was clear: enhance critical care capabilities without compromising day-to-day operations. FSG Houston's scope included electrical work for a new fourth-floor shell and a fully built-out fifth floor, which housed 36 new ICU and IMCU patient rooms. Despite the complexity of working within a live hospital environment, FSG completed its work without disruption to patient care.
