Safety and Risk Department

FSG is committed to keeping team members, customers, and everyone that interacts with FSG safe and productive.

Safety Leadership

FSG’s safety team is lead by Cory Bruner, Director of Risk Management. Each of our local offices is overseen by a Regional Safety Manager who supports safety coordinators in each office and on each job site. The Safety Management Team has combined experience of well over 100 years in the electrical trade.

Drug Testing

FSG is committed to a drug free work place, and conducts pre-employment, post-accident, random and for cause drug screening on all employees regardless of position. FSG also complies with and works with our customers to ensure compliance with their workplace and jobsite drug use policies.

Jobsite Safety

It isn't enough just to get the job done right, it has to be done safely. That's why FSG allocates the hours and resources it takes to make sure every FSG jobsite is a safe jobsite. Driver safety programs, Weekly toolbox safety meetings, and safety awards are all ways FSG helps team members have a good safe working experience.

The Goal

The goal of the FSG Safety and Risk department is to keep everyone that interacts with FSG as safe as possible. FSG’s safety programs have been designed to minimize the risk of personnel injury, protect property, reduce unnecessary costs, and comply with all laws.

FSG Drug Policy

The use of illicit drugs doesn’t just compromise safety, it ruins lives. FSG is committed to a drug free work place, and conducts pre-employment, post-accident, random and for cause drug screening on all employees regardless of position.

Drug testing is performed and verified by a third party vendor. FSG also supports and adheres to customer and fellow contractor partner job site drug policies.

By standing behind a drug free work place policy, FSG hopes that employees not only have a safer working experience, but can also avoid the personal pitfalls that can come through the abuse of illicit drugs.
