Facility Solutions Group, Inc. and its subsidiaries and affiliates ("FSG," "we," "us," or "our") respect your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how FSG collects, uses, shares, and protects personal information, and the choices you have about your information.
This policy applies to information collected through:
- fsg.com and other FSG websites, applications, and online services that link to this policy (the "Services")
- our communications with customers, prospective customers, vendors, employees, and business partners
This Privacy Policy is part of, and should be read together with, FSG's Terms and Conditions. By using the Services, you acknowledge the practices described here.
Information We Collect
Information you provide to us. We collect information you give us directly, including:
- information you submit through contact forms, quote or service requests, and newsletter sign-ups
- information you provide when you communicate with us by email, phone, or text message
- information you share as a customer or vendor
- information you submit when applying for a job
This may include your name, company name, job title, email address, phone number, mailing or project address, and the details of your inquiry or project.
Information collected automatically. When you use the Services, we and our service providers may automatically collect:
- IP address, browser type, and device information
- pages viewed, referring URLs, and the dates and times of your visits
- general location derived from your IP address
We collect this through cookies, pixels, and similar technologies.
Information from other sources. We may receive business contact information from industry partners, event organizers, publicly available sources, and business data providers. We may combine it with information we already have.
How We Use Information
We use the information we collect to:
- respond to inquiries and provide quotes, proposals, and services
- manage customer, vendor, employee, and business relationships
- operate, maintain, secure, and improve the Services
- send business communications and, where permitted, marketing communications about FSG's services
- send text messages to individuals who have opted in

Marketing Communications
If you receive marketing emails from FSG, you can unsubscribe at any time by using the link in the email or by contacting us at [email protected]. Even after you unsubscribe, we may still send non-promotional messages related to services you requested or an existing business relationship.
Text Messaging
FSG may send text messages through the FSG Mobile App and other communication tools FSG uses. One example is the FSG Mobile App SMS program.
FSG Mobile App SMS program. The FSG Mobile App SMS program sends operational messages to FSG employees and authorized contractors who opt in within the FSG Mobile App. These include:
- PTO and timesheet requests
- schedule and shift notifications
- safety notices
- password reset links
- app update notices
Consent. FSG sends text messages only to individuals who have given affirmative, opt-in consent. Consent is never pre-selected or assumed. It is not a condition of employment, of purchasing any goods or services, or of using the Services.
Message types. Depending on the program you opted in to, messages may include the operational messages listed above, account notifications and security alerts, scheduling and service updates, and other operational or administrative messages.
Frequency and cost. Message frequency varies based on your activity and role. Message and data rates may apply. FSG does not charge for text messages, but your mobile carrier may.
Opting out. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message, or by switching off SMS OPT IN in your FSG Mobile App profile. After you opt out, you will receive one confirmation message (if you replied STOP) and no further text messages from that program. Reply START, or switch SMS OPT IN back on, to opt back in.

How We Share Information
FSG does not sell, rent, or trade personal information. We may share information:
- with our subsidiaries and affiliates, for the purposes described in this policy
- with service providers that support our business, such as hosting, cloud infrastructure, analytics, messaging, and technical support providers, who may use the information only to provide services to FSG
- with professional advisors, such as attorneys and auditors
- when required by law, regulation, subpoena, or legal process
- to protect the rights, property, safety, or security of FSG, our users, or others
- in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of all or part of our business
FSG uses messaging platform providers to send text messages on its behalf. These providers process mobile numbers and message content solely to deliver FSG's messages. They may not use this information for any other purpose, including marketing or promotional purposes.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
Data Retention
We keep personal information as long as needed for the purposes described in this policy, including meeting legal, accounting, and reporting requirements. After that, we delete or de-identify it.
Data Security
FSG maintains reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect personal information against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, misuse, or destruction. Access is limited to personnel and service providers with a legitimate business need. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, however, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Your Privacy Choices and Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:
- access the personal information we hold about you
- correct inaccurate information
- request deletion of your information
- obtain a copy of your information in a portable format
- opt out of certain processing, such as targeted advertising

Job Applicants
If you apply for a position with FSG, we use the information you provide to evaluate your application, communicate with you, and comply with employment-related legal obligations.
Children's Privacy
The Services are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.
Third-Party Links
The Services may link to third-party websites and services that FSG does not control. This Privacy Policy does not apply to them. We encourage you to review their privacy policies.
Changes to This Policy
FSG may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page and revise the "Last updated" date. Updates take effect when posted.
