The project demanded sophisticated lighting, seamless AV integration, and smart energy solutions—all within a fast-paced Manhattan construction environment. FSG partnered with J.T. Magen & Co. to deliver a complex electrical fit-out featuring high-efficiency lighting, feature illumination for product displays, and integrated power for both open and private workspaces. Agile coordination with other trades ensured smooth execution in a vertical, high-rise setting. The result is a modern workspace that blends aesthetics and utility, supporting SHISEIDO’s brand identity, creativity, and collaboration.
