Enterprise Solutions Architect

Cameron Carpenter leads FSG’s largest and most technically complex opportunities. In January 2026 he became FSG’s first Enterprise Solutions Architect, a new role that sets the pursuit strategy and commercial approach for high-value projects across the country.

Cameron has been with FSG for more than 13 years, most of them in corporate and national accounts leadership. His work spans commercial lighting, electrical infrastructure, solar, smart buildings and energy management systems.

What he’s built at FSG

• A national sales standard. As National Accounts Solutions Manager, Cameron built the pricing tools and proposal process that cut proposal development time. His consultative qualification method doubled monthly opportunities while holding a close rate above 35%, and FSG adopted it as its national sales standard.
• Manufacturer partnerships. He has built manufacturer and vendor partnerships that lower project costs and give clients faster access to new technology.
