Executive Summary
The Edison Township Board of Education sought to improve energy efficiency and lighting quality across its schools, many of which had aging, costly systems. Partnering with NJDI-Tri-State Light & Energy, FSG New Jersey lighting team delivered a district-wide LED upgrade with occupancy sensors and controls to reduce energy use while improving visibility and comfort. Work was scheduled around school hours to avoid disruption, resulting in brighter, more sustainable classrooms that lower utility and maintenance costs while supporting long-term district goals.
