Executive Summary

Oklo's Groves Isotope Test Reactor is a nuclear reactor authorized under the U.S. Dept. of Energy's Reactor Pilot Program. The reactor was developed to support domestic isotope production and demonstrate how nuclear facilities can be deployed on accelerated timelines in the U.S. Oklo plans to produce isotopes for a wide range of applications such as cancer treatment, medical imaging, space exploration, and national security. FSG joined the project in April 2026, working with general contractor Century Construction as work shifted from constructing the building to implementing the systems that make a reactor function. FSG delivered electrical, instrumentation, controls, testing, and verification scope, much of it without industry precedent to draw from. On a first-of-a-kind project where trust is not given lightly, FSG earned the responsibility and delivered.
