In Brea, California, Simon Properties wanted to upgrade the parking lot for one of its important properties, Brea Mall. Upon completion of the parking lot lighting upgrade, the project not only decreased the amount of energy used to light the facility at night but also increased the amount of light on the parking lot and sidewalk surfaces.
