Executive Summary
UTMB expanded its League City Campus with a new five-story hospital wing featuring 60 patient rooms, ICU units, labs, and dining facilities. FSG Houston partnered with Hensel Phelps to deliver the electrical scope, including a rebuilt switchgear system, high-reliability power distribution, and seamless integration with the existing hospital. Despite the challenge of tying into an active hospital’s electrical system, FSG ensured uninterrupted service and delivered a modern facility designed for comfort, safety, and future growth.
