As a leading national lighting contractor, FSG utilized its strong relationships with manufacturers, vendors, and suppliers to find the right solutions for Wells Fargo branches. Wells Fargo awarded FSG a contract to retrofit the lighting and controls in 1,711 locations in 15 states.
Project Highlights
- Completed a 8-figure multi-location LED lighting retrofit across more than 200 Wells Fargo branch locations nationwide
- Partnered with Jones Lang LaSalle to source and install efficient LED lighting tailored to banking environments
- Enabled substantial energy and maintenance savings by replacing legacy fluorescent systems with modern LED solutions
