FSG was selected to complete the electrical scope for the Wylie Water Treatment Plant IV Expansion, a key infrastructure upgrade to support North Texas’s growing population.
Executive Summary
FSG delivered the electrical backbone of the 70 mm gallons/day increased capacity project, while maintaining critical operations. Electrical systems had to interface with SCADA while ensuring full compliance with environmental and safety codes. The footprint required extensive underground work, heavy coordination, and utility scheduling. FSG Dallas provided primary power distribution, motor control, VFDs, instrumentation, emergency power, and control wiring across process areas. Prefabrication reduced on-site manhours and enhanced safety on an active municipal site.
