Executive Summary
FSG Dallas partnered with Northwest ISD to complete Phase 2 of a comprehensive exterior lighting upgrade at Byron Nelson High School, using GE LED products to improve visibility, safety, and energy efficiency across the campus. Working through a BuyBoard contract, FSG replaced outdated fixtures with modern floodlights, decorative pole lights, and wall packs around key areas of the campus, including the main entrance and courtyard. The project significantly improved nighttime lighting conditions while reducing energy consumption and enhancing overall campus security.
