Executive Summary
Texas A&M University was in the process of following through on a commitment to invest in infrastructure and assume the mantle as the nation's premier institution for engineering education. FSG's Tero Technology team conducted site surveys to verify all special requirements associated with the project, then coordinated with Vaughn to establish an agreement regarding any standards required for installation. The new Zachry Engineering Education Complex opened its doors to rave reviews and much fanfare in Aggieland.
Project Highlights
- Delivered a structured cabling and networking infrastructure for Texas A&M’s new engineering complex
- Installed over 6,000 Cat 6 cables and completed 2,000 fiber‑optic terminations
- Built out and tested MDF/IDF closets and completed documentation for the Zachry Engineering Education Complex.
