Executive Summary
At the ribbon-cutting ceremony for the new 1,402-foot One Vanderbilt tower in midtown Manhattan, local officials, SL Green, AECOM Tishman, and invited guests celebrated the arrival of New York City’s latest supertall office building. FSG New York teams collaborated to deliver a world-class lighting project. When The Summit opened to the public, visitors were captivated by the design, the views, the art installation, and the lighting execution that made every visit unforgettable.
