Executive Summary
Cirrus Logic’s new Austin facility required rapid buildout of office and technical workspace to support its growing technology operations. Maintaining performance and flexibility was key in supporting the company's evolving technical needs. Our Austin electrical team collaborated with HITT Contracting to deliver electrical systems that were both scalable and highly reliable. Power redundancy, lab spaces for engineering teams, and smart lighting systems were integrated to enable optimal use of the new space. The successful delivery of electrical systems positioned Cirrus Logic to seamlessly transition into the new space, with full functionality for both collaboration and R&D needs. FSG’s contribution ensured that infrastructure would not be a constraint to innovation.
