Executive Summary
As part of a district-wide modernization initiative, Cullen Elementary required upgraded infrastructure to create a safer, more functional, and tech-enabled environment. FSG Houston partnered with Weaver & Jacobs Construction to deliver a new electrical system focused on safety, efficiency, and instructional support. The project included classroom lighting upgrades, enhanced electrical panels, and new cabling to power internet and learning technologies throughout the building. Once complete, the campus will be transformed into a vibrant, student-first space equipped for 21st-century education.
