FSG Delivers Exacting Electrical Design for UBS Financial in Los Angeles

Challenge

As the largest Swiss banking institution in the world, UBS Group maintains a presence in all major financial centers around the globe. For its new Los Angeles branch location, which would feature unique high-end finishes that are associated with the company’s design standards, UBS Financial turned to Swinerton to serve as General Contractor on the construction build-out project.

Because precise, top-quality construction practices were absolutely critical to supporting UBS’s brand and fulfilling the expectations for this project, Swinerton turned to FSG’s Los Angeles branch to execute the electrical construction work scope.

Solution

For this project with a rock-solid deadline, FSG got right to work with the owner’s New York-based project manager. The project required FSG to coordinate the receipt and installation of custom lighting fixtures, proprietary network components, and an extremely technical security infrastructure as part of the tightly specified electrical design. FSG’s project manager kept the job on track even amid the emerging challenges of the COVID-19 pandemic, by incorporating new safety protocols into the normal workflow each day.

Result
