Executive Summary
When the Hospital Corporation of America (HCA) launched the largest expansion in Methodist Hospital’s history, they needed partners with the experience and dedication to match the scale and sensitivity of the project. Spanning 445,000 square feet across Methodist Hospital and Methodist Children's Hospital, this ambitious development required seamless integration of new systems into a fully operational healthcare environment. FSG San Antonio was involved from the ground up, applying its extensive healthcare project experience to meet the highest standards of safety, reliability, and coordination.
