Executive Summary
Founded in 1930, Publix is the largest employee-owned company in the United States, with retail sales in 2019 in excess of $38 billion. Working closely with ME&S, national lighting contractor FSG provided electrical construction, lighting upgrade, and HVAC upgrade services, along with specialized services related to walk-in coolers and freezers, when required. To date, every one of more than 30 remodeling projects has been completed on time and to the satisfaction of both ME&S and the inspectors at Publix.
