FSG San Antonio replaced 494 fixtures across Holt Cat's active Dallas facility, cutting energy use by 396,364 kWh annually and securing a $220,119 utility rebate. The team executed the full retrofit after hours to keep operations running uninterrupted, delivering long-term efficiency without sacrificing uptime.
FSG Dallas partnered with Northwest ISD on a $217K exterior lighting upgrade at Byron Nelson High School, using GE LED products to replace outdated floodlights, pole lights, and wall packs across the campus. The result: $18,334 in annual energy savings, 101,574 kWh reduced, and improved safety and visibility for students, staff, and visitors after dark.
