ChallengeJPMC had an aggressive 76-140 day bank build schedule for 2019 and need support in Lighting Design, Lighting Project Management and Distribution Services.
SolutionFSG combined multiple internal resources, including lighting design, lighting project management, distribution services and inventory forecasting, to meet the demanding JPMC construction schedules. The project involved over 350 locations, multiple architects, general contractors, electrical contractors, project managers from JLL and CBRE and various manufacturer partners. FSG's lighting designers helped JPMC design the fixture specifications. The lighting project management team managed everything from take offs', contracts, procurement, scheduling and close out. FSG's Inventory Control team and MDC teams managed the logistics to ensure the material was in place and delivered on time to meet the aggressive construction schedules. FSG's regular meetings and communication, along with the ability to scale resources was a critical in overcoming the changes and challenges of completing the bank builds.
