FSG Delivers Top Quality Lighting and Energy Savings in Las Vegas

Challenge

Link Logistics manages more than 3,500 commercial facilities across the United States. In Las Vegas, Link Logistics had two buildings on the same property with aging exterior lighting. Looking for energy savings and bright, crisp lighting at night, the company turned to FSG’s Las Vegas branch.

Solution

The project involved the retrofit of 47 fixtures, including 1000W metal halide parking lot pole lights, 400W metal halide floods, 250W metal halide wall packs, and 400W metal halide high bay fixtures. After presenting the specifications on LED replacement fixtures, the customer decided on 185W LED area/flood lighting, 80W LED wall pack lighting, and 150W LED UFO high bay fixtures.

Result

This project perfectly illustrates the power of great lighting. Once completed, night-time photos confirmed that both facilities were professionally lit with all identified external areas illuminated clearly and completely. Best of all, the kWh savings combined to immediately deliver $7,717.53 in annual utility discounts for the customer.
