Challenge

San Felipe Place is a high end class A office building in the prestigious River Oaks area in Houston Texas. Gilbane, needed an electrical contractor that could perform at the level needed to meet the high standards set forth by the building owner.

Solution

FSG was awarded the San Felipe place project because of FSG's continued commitment to excellence in the electrical construction discipline. The complete project consisted of nine floors of new commercial office space construction totaling 167,000 sq ft. The building's LEED certification demanded that the electrical contractor be versed in the latest standards and capable of working with and deploying the latest in electrical energy controrl technologyies.
