Case Study
FSG Electric was called in to perform a complete lighting retrofit and electrical renovation for the church.
Challenge
St. Ann?s Catholic Church in Dallas, Texas, is a historic building and home to a large parish. FSG Electric was called in to perform a complete lighting retrofit and electrical renovation for the church.Solution
All of the arches and domes of this basilica-style church are lighted by multi-colored cold cathode lighting. The massive chandeliers have downlight cylinders to light the pews, as well as directional flood lighting to accent the church?s marble columns and paintings. To control the lighting system FSG installed a Lutron Grafik Eye system that helps establish multiple lighting ?scenes?. There are three large, circular stained glass windows in the church, all illuminated by Oculis fixtures that generate a circular lighting pattern to match the windows. In addition to these interior systems, landscape lighting was also installed in the courtyard. This provides ground lighting to trees that line the grounds between buildings.FSG projects consistently deliver excellence for our customers, for our employees, and for the communities we serve.
We see each project as an opportunity to embrace our mission and provide superior value through quality products, service, and support.
