ChallengeVerizon Wireless needed a partner to take over monitoring and controls for another vendor. Verizon had several legacy systems that did not integrate with each other out of the box. As Verizon's retail locations continue to grow, it became ever more important to be able have a cohesive platform to control all of the systems under the same program and energy initiatives. But how? All the systems are different and all the systems have different protocols. Some are very old, some are brand new.
SolutionFSG Energy integrated a monitoring solution that allowed Verizon to use their existing equipment in one platform and install new systems tailored and customized to meet their exact needs. Leveraging the power of the Clarity (TM) platform FSG continuously monitors over 84 different points hourly across 600+ Verizon's locations, and provides 24/7 support to Verizon's staff and vendors. FSG routinely tests Verizon's mechanical equipment remotely and assists in guiding their mechanical vendors to make preventative maintenance repairs before equipment fails and creates and unsafe or uncomfortable environment for their customers and employees.
