Energy Audits
FSG is able to audit your facility, perform a complete energy analysis, design and specify your upgrade, and turn over a complete contract deliverable with contract pricing. Contract price: $.03 per square foot.
Installation Services
FSG is able to provide electrical services such as indoor and outdoor lighting installation. This is included in the contract scope. Prevailing and non-prevailing rates are available.
Training Service
FSG can provide training and commissioning at your facility as part of this contract. This includes advanced lighting controls and dimming systems. Prices are at cost-per-day rates.

FSG is the exclusive LED lighting vendor under AEPA Contract #026-C.
AEPA (Association of Educational Purchasing Agencies) is a national network of state-level purchasing cooperatives representing more than 25 million students across 27 states. Each state operates its own member co-op, which bids contracts under local law, making purchases legally compliant and audit-ready for members in that state.
This is a nationally bid, cooperative purchasing contract that gives schools, colleges, cities, and nonprofits access to pre-negotiated pricing without the time and cost of running their own RFP.
FSG serves members of these co-ops as a single-source provider of LED lighting products and services. With 3,000+ employees and locations across all 50 states, FSG offers access to more than 60 major manufacturers, along with full turnkey support including energy audits, lighting design, installation, and controls training, all at contract pricing your co-op has already negotiated on your behalf.

AEPA is made up of independent Educational Service Agencies and political subdivisions, each operating under its own state's laws and procurement rules.
